POLICIES To set proper expectations, please see my policies below! Appointment Scheduling & Deposits Please schedule appointments directly through booking site to guarantee preferred time slot. Deposits are nonrefundable, subject to first time clients only, and go toward service total. For squeeze ins and appointments after hours, please reach out to Kennedy directly at (240) 685-1379 (text preferred), or email at royalskinrx@gmail.com. Payments All payment types are accepted, and gratuity is encouraged and highly appreciated! Appointment Reminders Upon booking, confirmation via email and text will be sent out, as well as 24 and 72 hours before appointments. The final email confirmation will include instructions for locating the studio, skin prep, and any additional reminders. Additional Policies Children or animals are not permitted at appointments, as there will be no supervision available. Additionally, no extra guests will be permitted unless previously discussed. Cancellation Policy
RoyalSkinRx Cancellation Policy
We get that sometimes things come up and you may need to cancel. If you are unable to make it to your appointment, you can cancel online, or please kindly notify Kennedy via call, text or email at 2406851379 or royalskinrx@gmail.com to reschedule. There is a 15 minute grace period. After 15 minutes, your appointment will be cancelled. If canceled or a no-show less than 24 hours from your appointment time, a 50% charge of the service price will be required before another appointment can be booked.
